1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  • Clearance items, sale items, and custom or personalized products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return
  3. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and authorization details

Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Auvressa is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email support@auvressa.shop with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos or video showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
